First, sign our contract digitally through a phone or computer. You can also print it out and mail it in. Next, pay the small administration fee. Once we receive and process application, we make you an active referral agent.

Are there any fees for joining?

Besides our administration sign up fee, you’ll save thousands every single year by electing to leverage your real estate license this way. You won’t have to join any board of realtors, MLS service, or any other type of structure that requires monthly fees and insurance. We offer you a low membership fee.We’re in business to save you money and make your real estate license work for you.

What if I don’t live in Florida?

That’s ok! You don’t have to live in FL.  Our agents are currently taking referrals for Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach. The good news is that we are planning to expand our referrals all over the state of FL.

What is your commission rate?

We pay you 25% referral fee sent to us by the partnered broker or associate – it’s the best rate in South Florida.

Is there an earning limit?

You can earn as much or as little as you want with us here at Next Agents Realty Network. With little effort, you’ll be capitalizing from our 25% commission rate, equaling thousands of dollars on $200,000 sales and up. At this time our average payout for a referral is $1,500, up through $22,000! The potential is enormous, enabling you to run your own personal business through us, leveraging it as aggressively as you want.

How do I get paid?

Once our team receives the commission check from your referral closing, we can either mail or wire you the funds to you within 3-5 working days. When the year completes, we issue 1099s to report your earnings; however, no taxes will be deducted. You will be responsible for reporting your taxes. How easy is that?

How do I use my license with Next Agents Realty Network?

We make this part of the process as easy as possible for you. When you click the GET STARTED button with us anywhere on this site, we request simple information be inputted, responding within 1 to 2 days. We have all of the necessary documents listed in the sign-up, so you know exactly what to provide us for completing the parking. These documents include: W9s, office policy manual, and independent contractor agreements. After that, you’re ready to go!

How do I find out the status of my license?

Simply call the Florida DBPR e-licensing system at 1850-487-1395  to kick-start the process, then we can walk you through the process.

I have a personal real estate transaction in the cooker. Can I act as the agent?

You cannot act as the agent; however, you can refer yourself to our firm and earn your typical commission on the referral.

Can I list properties?

Here at Next Agents Realty Network, we’re your comprehensive referral-based brokerage, handling all property listings and buyer representation. You may only refer leads to earn your commission. But look at this way: we take care of the complicated stuff!

How do I know you are referring my prospect to the right broker?

As previous real estate agency owners, we specialize in matching buyers with the right agents to get the job done.

Why should I keep my license active?

Inactivity prevents you from accepting referral fees.

I have a referral. What now?

We have an easy-to-use referral form already set up here on this site. You can easily access it online, or call us directly to register your referral. Once received, we send you a referral info link that will present the referral status in real-time, providing you with insight every step of the way.

Can I refer clients if I am moving out of the country?

Yes, even as an international, you can still send referrals our way. Don’t forget, when it’s time to move, you can refer yourself to your operation.
